I believe that government should be only as large as needed for the provision of national infrastructure, protection of individual rights, and defense of our nation. I believe that government should spend more effort removing obstacles to citizen prosperity, than it does putting such obstacles in place. I also believe strongly that America is truly a land of opportunity…where any individual who is willing to work hard, educate himself, and find motivation, can prosper. But most of all, I believe that we are all perpetually moving pieces in a global board game, and true prosperity can only be found when the world is at peace, nations are unified on a small handful of fundamental laws that promote peace, and individuals view their own nation as part of this greater whole.
