Con's choice

okay I REALLY want to debate somebody so whoever takes this up list 3-7 things we can debate about, that we disagree on (unless you want to argue the opposite side :P), this debate is mostly for fun. You can have it be from the point of veiw i had in an earlier debate, under thew big issues, or anything else you don't agree with on my profile page. Have fun watching/voting/debating this....
The logical conclusion of the Bible's free will is that man can live sinlessly.

I would like to ask first that my opponent would be a Christian who believes in free will. My reason for arguing isn't necessarily because I believe I'm right. But I am a Christian who believes in free will and I believe that there may be something to this argument. So let us begin. If there is in fact free will then it logically follows that man can live sinlessly. I'm not saying that man can be sinless, but they can make the choice to live without sin. In the book of Matthew, Christ says "B...
Gay Marriage should be illegal. [If you are not religious, you have no say]

The reason I wrote you have no say if you are not religious, is because if you are not a Christian, what does it matter to you if gay marriage is legalised? Nothing. It doesn't affect your life at all. [Unless you are gay...but that's off topic.] I mean, by all means, you can explain your side, but please don't vote. Thank you. I am clear on the fact that it has become legalised in California, but I don't find it reasonable. First of all, voters were told the measure would not change state law...
If a creator and an anti-creator do exist then we should not follow the teachings of the bible.

I am referring to your previous debate that ended in a forfeit. I will start with arguing the points you presented. "1. Everything outside of the kingdom of god is within the kingdom of darkness, commonly belonging to Satan. (This point might prove to be irrelevant but I like it anyways.)" Honestly, I do find this point to be irrelevant, but if you would like to show me its relevance, then I would be happy to argue it with you. I just don't see where it is leading at this current time. "2....
THE CHRISTIAN GOD DOES NOT EXIST/THE BIBLE IS A LIE -You choose one.
This is a commonly used argument, the argument of Free Will. In the bible God is described as a Omnipotent, all knowing, all seeing, being with free will. If he had free will, God would be able to make decisions. To make desicions you have to be able to select one of two or more options in a situation, in which none are inevitable. If God knows all, then he would know his own decisions, thus making his desecion inevitable. Therefore he does not have free will, as he can not make choices. If for...

Jobs should be mandatory
I believe that it shouldn't be legal for a citizen to have to get a job. People have their own opinions and they should not be forced to do what they are against. If they have a reason or no reason at all it would still not be fair to them if they were forced....
Free Will is impossible to prove.
It is impossible to prove that free will exists because we never make the same choice twice. Just a simple example. You walk into your kitchen. You make a pb&j, you can choose between Grape and Strawberry jelly, you choose grape. Now we assume you could have chose strawberry, but you didn't, so it's impossible to prove you could have....
Hillary Clinton winning the democratic nomination would give republicans the best chance of winning.

Republicans now are willing to vote against their own party. With everything going on in our government now, republicans feel no loyalty. There is a lot of confusion as to who is going to get the republican nomination for president, and this shows a division between the republicans. If Hillary Clinton wins the democratic nomination, this will unite the republicans against a common enemy. I'm not saying that this means the republicans will win, it will just give them the best chance at winning....
The numbers in the Fibonacci Sequence play a role in nature.
The numbers in the Fibonacci Sequence play a role in nature. The petals of many flowers in nature are in consecutive Fibonacci Numbers. For example, sunflowers, elodea leaves... etc. Obviously, they play a huge role in nature....
