Tabula rasa is all around the fairest way to judge a debate round.
Tabula rasa (or tab ross) is technically defined as having no preconceptions. Thus one is not allowed to bring in their own knowledge or opinion into judging a debate round. Here is the scenario. The debate resolution is as follows. "Chocolate ice cream is better than any other kind." Pro takes this stance: "Vanilla ice cream is better than any other kind."
