Alrighty then, good luck to my opponent and lets have a nice debate
To start Ill define the word justification http://dictionary.die.net/justification
The definition states
Justification
n 1: something (such as a fact or circumstance) that shows an
action to be reasonable or necessary:
So on the first definition this will be the first world that the debate shall involve, where the affirmative has to prove that by collecting military intelligence there has to be a "reasonable or nec...

First I would like to wish my opponent good luck and may the better debater win. And sorry if these arguments don't flow well.
First to define valuable from Merriam Webster 2 a: having desirable or esteemed characteristics or qualities <valuable friendships> b: of great use or service <valuable advice> http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/valuable
Next in looking at this resolution we have to see that it doesn't say that winning first place is more valuable but simply being second is ...

I'd like to start with a funny comment my opponent's name was listed incorrectly so it took me a while just to figure out who the hell I was supposed to debate, but thats over and good luck to solAgratia.
So since this is vague Ill begin with defining the word Intense from dictionary.com
" Existing or occurring in a high or extreme degree"
The way I view Intense Negotiations is where the United States will go all out killing any terrorist that is found out until the time where attacks ...

This has irked me for a long time; I cannot completely understand how anyone can support killing in one context but not in another, let alone in this order. I believe that all killing is murder, no matter the context; the only reason I say that I support abortion in my profile is because it will take place no matter what, and I would prefer that it takes place in a clean room with properly trained medical practitioners than in a dark alley.
What shocks me the most is how many strongly religio...

I am against the death penalty for a number of reasons. The first and biggest reason that i am against the death penalty is because of the cost it is cheaper to keep someone in prison the rest of there life then it is to execute them (this coming from http://www.balancedpolitics.org/death_penalty.htm). Also it is unconstitutional because we are supposed to be protected from cruel and unusual punishment however i do not think that anyone can argue that the way they execute someone even by lethal ...

Gay people, whether between man and man, or woman and woman, should be allowed. Marriage is not just between man and woman. Just because the bible says marriage is between a man and a woman does not mean we have to abide by it. How can the government not allow gay marriage when there is separation between church and state? Gays should have the right to say they're married....

In short.... if all the votes go to one person...... Why have so many diferent, primaries and caucuses??? Would it be better if the US would have one primary for the presidential candidate, and one election for the president, Having the popular vote win? In a little note: How can we the people change this electoral voting system? Because I do not know!...

outsourcing. i used to be against it, but i want to argue some reasons for it that i have been thinking of.
if companies can save money, even though we lose some wealth ot foreign nations, the money saved ultimately is reinvested. that leads to innovation. that means that more things are made, different things. if more things are made, that means the cost of everything else is less. true, we have less money, but, if the government prints some money, while inflationary, it's only mitigating t...

The topic I have chosen to debate on is "Should The Paparazzi Be banned?" I believe that the answer is no it should not be banned. The paparazzi should not be banned for many reasons. Photographers are free to take pictures of celebrities, it might be a little strange that there is a camera taking pictures of you but there is no law against it... It shows we are a open society, it boosts business for many companies and celebrities for example: when someone popular is wearing a special type of cl...
