If you are going to add me simply because you want a new friend hold off your request till after you know me. =================================== This is fun! Obviously I'm a debater...... but I don't actually debate. I hire a team of experts to do it for me. Basically I take students straight out of their 4th year of college and employ them under me for roughly 200 thousand dollars a year in order to write debate.com arguments for me. In other words I'm fundamentally the best of the best. |

Children exhibit moral behavior, but are not morally praisworthy for it.

The position on offer is that children, while they exhibit moral behavior, are not morally praisworthy (or blameworthy) for said behavior. I affirm. ********************* It is instrumental to first understand what children ARE doing as opposed to what one might SAY they are doing. In order to make a moral judgment about something from a first-person (or 3rd-person) perspective, one must recognize that society conforms to a certain set of rules. These rules are not subject to cross-cultura...
Buddhism is good for me.

I believe Buddhism to be good for me. It helps me to focus my mind, see the world in a better way, and ultimately aspire to be a good altruistic person. This is my first debate, so I think the etiquette is to thank you for accepting the debate. So thank you for accepting the debate, I'm excited to hear your side of the issue....
After/Assuming this debate concludes, the contender ought to go out on a date with Logical-Master

This debate was actually inspired by a recent (yet inactive) debate created by PoeJoe. CLARIFICATION ON THE PARAMETERS OF THIS DEBATE: 1) I didn't have enough space to word the resolution properly so basically, my intent is to argue specifically on my opponent. In other words, I shall analyze my opponent and then provide reasons as to why the two of us should not go on a date. When the contender accepts the debate, the resolution should be understood as "After/If this debate concludes, "[i...
The world should adopt our plan to significantly combat climate change

What the hell kind of resolution is this? The climate is forever changing and having the entire world follow suit in our specific plan is a total crock. There is no way in shape or form for us to be able to substantially have to entire world follow us in adopting our plan. Not to mention... maybe... half of the world hates the very exsistence of the US... I understand that safety and all things that matter plays an imperative role, but countries all vary on those rules and I know that...
Truths exists irrespective of the observer..

Many people argue that the Truth is a relative concept. I understand that truth is always absolute but the perception of truth is relative and depends on the observer. The difference in perception do not alter the nature of truth but our understanding of it.....
