patriotisms should be taught in schools
Patriotism is an important part of our American way of life. Yes America has made mistakes and we need to admit to those (another great lesson for children to learn). But America has many great accomplishments as well. we have a stable government. We have an economy that has done relatively well. Why should we not teach our children to be proud of the country they live in....

A minimum wage is an important part of our econonmy
The minimum wage helps our government and economy because without it workers could be forced to work for as little as 30 cents an hour. If the minimum wage goes down then every employer can pay less which would cause people to make less per year. If one employer was paying 50 cents an hour and another was paying 40 cents and still had plenty of workers the company paying 50 cents an hour would want to lower it.
