All drugs should be legal for adults

I've noticed lately that people take the words in this statement to plainly. People, you should demand that the government acknowledge your right to the pursuit of happiness. You have the right to do almost anything as long as it does not hurt/harm/maim other people. All drugs should be legal as long as taken on own property at the age of 18.
