adolescence is that period of a persons life wherein he is initially learning the art of decision-making.It is that stage of his life wherein the decisions he takes remain with him throughout his life and thus effect his life..At this point of time what he needs is someone mature to guide him through this process.Someone who could tell him that what youre doing is right or what youre doing is morally or legally wrong. Also due to the vulnerable nature of the child ,he is open to bad influence...

The right to privacy is an implied right from the 4th, 9th and 10th Amendments. Where does the Constitution imply a "right to know"? There is no such right; otherwise the entire purpose of a "right to privacy" would be meaningless. If I knew a secret and you wanted to know, I'm not forced to tell you.

"Someone who could tell him that what youre doing is right or what youre doing is morally or legally wrong."

Morals are subjective; my morals may differ from your morals. Let the adolescent decide for himself what is right and wrong.

"Also due to the vulnerable nature of the child ,he is open to bad influence..."

This argument only helps me. If he's open to bad influence, why have an adult give their opinion? They could be a bad influence.

Do I even need to extend my points? =/

Well, I refuted my opponent's argument and he didn't respond.

who wouldn't, Xera, other than my father, he'd vote against anything he disagrees with posting nasty comments. Even if the person he votes for, never posted, anything.

Forfeited debates are not very much fun to read. :(
