Prostitution should be allowed legally in all cases.

Prostitution should be allowed. It's their bodies and their chose as to what to do with it, as stupid as those choices may be. Whoever hired their "services" would clearly be making that decision and would have to deal with the consequences. There are too many laws restricting life to the way you want to live it.

Prostitution should not be allowed in all cases. One of the main cases in which it shouldn't be allowed is child prostitution. Keeping the business illegal also helps stop human trafficking. I do not agree with my opponent's premise that it is always a woman's choice to prostitute. Sometimes they are forced into it, and sometimes they are scared to leave because of consequences presented to them by their "pimps."

This is why I don't believe prostitution should be allowed in "all cases" as my opponent says.
