philippnes has been a country tied up to what is being given to us by our colonizers.it's just proper for Us as a country more powerful than us to at least show their real support by not anymore expecting so much on what Us is giving us...
good luck i ask that my opponent clarify his previous round, expessially the term "doule out", a definition or explanation of which i cannot find. after i understand his premise, i will show why the US should not give the Philippines a sort of "doule out" without expecting anything in return. |

my opponent still has not clarified his meaning. therefore i assume that the term under contention "doule out", is goblydeguk, and as such the US most certainly must NOT give the Philippines a sort of "doule out" expecting nothing in return. thank you and vote neg. |

well, this has been pointless. voters, you should vote CON, because not only has my opponent not explained the meaning of the debate as i asked, but he only posted an opening. one that was not only vague, but one that lacked any arguments or evidence whatsoever. so again, i urge you to vote CON thank you. |

"The dole" is another term for "welfare money" in many parts of the world.
