I am currently in the mood for a good debate. But my dilemma is that I don't know what to debate about. So if you disagree with me on an issue in my profile, then please argue with me about it. I would like this debate to be on one of those issues, so please limit yourself to that issue. I will make the first argument, so if my opponent would just tell me the resolution, I will be happy to make my opening arguments. Thank you, and good luck....

There is a nationwide argument that teens should be banned from the mall unless accompanied by an adult. I believe that teenagers should be able to be in the mall without an adult at any time.
One reason that they should is that teens are a powerful spending group. In 2006 alone, twelve to nineteen year olds spent $179 billion in the United States. If you were to create such a ban, that number would decrease quickly and steadily. The country certainly needs the money spent by this age group....

I am completely against hitting or spanking students for punishment in schools.
First off, I am still in school, in middle school actually.. and I think that if you punish a child it should not be harsh as in pain. This doesnt solve problems it only keeps them calm at the monment of. They will never understand the actual reason you are punishing them unless you talk to them.
Second, it is still surpprisingly legal in 23 states in America. The United States is the only state in the western...

First, some parameters: The term Private School vouchers, for the purposes of this debate are monies given to low income families so that they can choose to send their children to private schools or public schools. Sweatshops often fail to pay a living wage. Some companies have been found of using children in their...

I recognize that education is an investment that has a huge impact on the potential of individuals, and of communities. In the US, our education is almost enforced mediocrity, with a huge opportunity cost for those with no interest in education, with wasted resources everywhere, and with far too much wasted time with students that want to pursue higher education.
How can current K-12 education be improved? Can we shave 3-4 years off with no loss of utility? We can. Currently, the classrooms ...

Since the more education a person has in this competative job market the more money a person makes. Now, if everybody was able to go to college then more people would be making more money thus boosting the economy. This would also lead to a rise in scientists and thus more discoveries in all fields. Since this has no downside that is visible to me I eagerly await my opponents rebutle....
