Welfare and how it is abused

People abuse welfare too much. People are taking it for granted. They use there food stamps for unhealthy foods, or sell them for things like drugs and alcohol. I think about 80% of the people with welfare shouldn't have it. They're saying "Oh i can't work" when in reality they are perfectly capable. It's not fair to the hard working people who work for the money and pay there taxes AND care for their children. All of their tax money is being spent on people who won't work....
