| About Me: | I am originally from Texas. Joined the Army in Feb 2001 at 17. I am currently stationed at Fort Drum, NY. Five years ago next May I met the love of my life that I recently married. She is everything that I love out of life. In that 5 years I have been able to convert her to conservative. :) I am a Platoon Sergeant at my job and love every second of it. There is nothing like leading a group of Soldiers that stand up for what they believe in. I am a staunch conservative on almost every issue. I am a Christian and try to live my life the best I can, but occasionally stumble just like everyone else. I am not backing any Presidential Candidate yet because I have not made up my mind. Almost 100% sure that it will be a Republican, but you never know. I think both parties have major flaws and I am just about tired of the whole lot. |

I think for the job that they do enlisted soldiers deserve more pay.
I am debating enlisted soldiers only because I do not know enough about officers and their pay scale. Also I am not debating that they signed up for it , so that is the pay they deserve.
