i don't think china is a communist state because. Communism does not have a centralized government. They are closer to socialism than communism. I would say a mixture of totalitarian and socialism, because totalitarian is of or pertaining to a centralized government that does not tolerate parties. Socialism means; a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community...
