I believe there should be more lanes, designed for small vehicles, such as motorcycles, bicycles, motor scooter, etc. The reason for this is, it would enable a safer area for those that ride such things, because most motorcycle accidents are because a large vehicle such as a car, or truck. If they had their own separate protected lanes. There are already cops that ride mototrcycles, so move those cops to the motorcycle lanes, and they can enforce motorcycle safety laws more strongly. Like the helmet laws, most motorcylists don't wear helmets (I have to though), so the motorcycle lanes will create safer transpertation in more than one way. I understand the cost but tax money is spent on roads, so the tax money would be better spent on creating a lane, half the size as a normal lane providing a safer place for those wishing to ride a motorcycle, without as much risk. While I realise this is a controversial topic, I'll do my best to get through it as convincingly as possible. First off we'll go through some definitions; US Citizen- "A person born in the United States, or naturalized, holding a US passport." Please note this does not mean people who aren't US citizens DO have the right to bear arms, it is wrong in all cases. Now onto my argument. 1) The USA constitution does not grant this right. A common misconception about the US constitution is that the second amendment refers to the right to have your arms surgically changed to that of a bear. However this may shock you to find that this is not the case at all. "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." While the wording may be confusing, upon closer inspection, the word 'bear' appears to be a verb and not a noun. Thus, the right to bear arms is a privilege and not a right.

Let me give some examples to start things off: 1) Kid spells the word dog correctly. He is perfect in spelling the word dog. 2) Someone is nice one day and a jerk another day. He is perfect in being imperfect. 3) The sun rises and falls. It is perfect for bringing light and heat for that day. Analysis: As in the individual (which is in the topic of debate), it is meant to show as a thing or person. Any external acts are not a part of the individual. So if the sun rose and fell, it would be irrelevant if there were clouds because the individual did it's job. Also, there is a meaning of the act in the status quo. I think prolly should be a word because... 1. It is easier to spell. I'm not even sure how to spell probably. Is that right? 2. It is easier to say. Probably is three syllables, and makes you trip over your words. Prolly is only two syllables and makes life easier. 3. A lot of people say prolly already.
