There are three main reasons I have for making this claim: 1) Our government should not be allowed to dictate a persons motivations for engaging in intercourse. 2) People in American society should have the right to do anything they wish to do, so long as no other person is harmed. Excepting harms caused solely by the existence of the laws prohibiting prostitution, no person is being harmed by the practice of prostitution. 3) Laws regarding prostitution have no basis other than religion. Our Supreme Court has ruled, and our Constitution states, that religion and government should never mix. So justice is the superior value we are trying to achieve in this debate. In order to achieve justice, a society must have an efficient justice system. It must give each their due and nothing else. A metro sexual, I think, is a man who is secure and confident, capable and cool, typically well educated and stylish. Heterosexual with a twist, not gay by any means, but he probably has a few gay friends, and can easily be mistaken for gay by rednecks and jock types. The only straight guy in a fabric store or antique shop who is not being dragged there by a woman. Lastly, it is unfair to a man to be tagged gay for being meticulously aware of his physical appearance. Therefore such people will grow angry with my insolence, and vote against the agitator (me), thus making it far harder to achieve victory in terms of words. In addition to this when a person casts their virtual ballot for either me or my opponent (already upset with me) they will look at the current number of votes I received and try ot counteract it, for if I'm leading they will realize I made a faulty prediction and vote against me. Most conservatives I know find it interesting that I am against the death penalty. Yet they argue time and time again the basic liberty of man is the right to be alive, in the topic of abortion. The obese are the human equivalent of vehicular wide loads and yet they are allowed to impede the progress of ordinary Londoners who are in a hurry to get to work by plodding along the pavement at a snail's pace side-by-side, thus forcing decent, hard working commuters to risk their lives by dodging onto the road in an effort to get past them. X sees his brother have a seizure in the bathtub. He decides not to act, and his brother dies. Parameters: For this topic, letting die will always mean that the victim could have been saved.
