Just in case you don't have video capabilities, I left the text option open. If you really want, I could even continue the debate in text. At the same time as debating if it could work, I also wouldn't mind trying it. So if anyone is interested, post in comments... Let the debate begin! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=loaapoP0sOY...

Gummy worms are better than gummy bears

No question. Gummy worms are not only simply tasty, they are also more fun to eat. They also seem more satisfactory when you indulge in them. Therefore, gummy worms are better than gummy bears....

The upcoming Debate.com forum should start with no more than 5 boards.

s0m31john
theLwerd

In the past I have tried to join multiple forums, only to stop posting in them because of lack of activity. The Debate.com forum has a lot of potential to be moderately active, but they can mess things up by having too many boards. As I type this there are 13 users online. That's usually around the peak, and shows that we don't have a large user base to mess around with. If the forum were to be split into more than 5 boards, I'll list my ideas for specific boards in another round, the post...

Soft porn serves no useful purpose.

brian_eggleston
s0m31john

People who like porn don't like soft porn and people who don't like porn don't like soft porn. So what's the point of it? It's not as though parents can watch it with the kids, is it? I mean they don't even show full frontal nudity on some of them. As far as I know, there are no religions that have doctrines like "Thou shallt not look upon moving images depicting the private parts of a woman, nor shall thee view any "think of the money" shots, however, thou art permitted to view topless women, t...

Girls should "make the first move" more than they currently do now.

s0m31john
beem0r

First I will elaborate on the proposition, so we can clearly understand the terms of this debate. The phrase "make the first move" will be defined by me as: 1. Asking a person out 2. Telling a person you have feelings (romantic, do you like me check yes or no , you get the idea) for them. NOT THE FIRST MOVE SEXUALLY, at least not in this debate. This debate will concern more with a girl proclaiming her like of the guy, rather than the social norm of the guy asking out the girl. By tak...

WE OUGHT TO OPPOSE MASS DEVELOPMENT OF FLYING CARS FOR CIVILIAN USAGE.

THEmanlyDEBATER
s0m31john

THIS DEBATE IS ANOTHER NO BRAINER. FLYING CARS WOULD BE FAR TOO HAZARDOUS TO SOCIETY! THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT FLYING CARS WOULD BE A TERRORIST'S DREAM. TERRORIST COULD SLAM INTO BUILDINGS WITH PLENTY OF SUCCESS, JUST LIKE 9/11. THEY WOULDN'T NEED PRIOR TRAINING OR UNDERCOVER WORK TO HIJACK A PLAIN. THEY COULD SIMPLY GO TO YOUR NEAREST CAR LOT, PURCHASE A FLYING CAR, AND CAUSE MASS DESTRUCTION. THE SECOND BIG ISSUE IS THAT CRIMINALS WOULD HAVE PRACTICALLY NO LIMITS IN ESCAPING CRIME S...

10% (Kemonomimi/Nekomimi) is not furry.

s0m31john
draxxt

I will first define some keywords. Kemonomimi - an anime and manga terminology describing humanoid characters that possess animal-like features. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kemonomimi) Nekomimi - a female with cat ears, a cat tail, or other feline accoutrements on an otherwise human-shaped body. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nekomimi) Examples of the above two can be found at http://img.7chan.org/n/ NSFW Furry - the term used to define pornographic content (generally drawings, more...
