Ask a liberal why health insurance ought to be provided by the government, and they will tell you it is a necessity, and one that too many people cannot afford. By "long-term" I am referring to indefinitely, or a period of time longer than 3-6 months. In the past I have tried to join multiple forums, only to stop posting in them because of lack of activity.
